At Rajesh Machines, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality machines and equipment that meet your expectations. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are applicable only for machines or products purchased directly from Rajesh Machines.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all manuals, accessories, and packaging intact.
Return requests must be raised within 7 working days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
Customized or specially manufactured machines as per customer specifications.
Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or usage not as per the provided guidelines.
Items purchased under clearance or special discount schemes.
3. Inspection and Approval
Once your return request is received, our quality team will inspect the machine/equipment.
Approval for return or refund will be communicated after inspection.
If the product is found to be tampered with, incomplete, or damaged due to misuse, the return request will be rejected.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase unless agreed otherwise.
Shipping, handling, and installation charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
In case of defective products (manufacturing defects only), we will provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Customers must notify us of such defects within 7 working days of delivery.
6. Shipping for Returns
The customer is responsible for arranging safe return shipping unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
In the case of an approved defective or wrong product, Rajesh Machines will bear the return shipping charges.
